Membership Fee Structure
Welcome to the Peterborough Northside Football Club! Below are the details of the membership fees for the next season.
Registration Fee
The registration fee covers FA & League affiliation and player insurance.
- Amount: £30 (one-off fee)
- Due Date: 17th July
Monthly Subscription Fees
The monthly subscription covers costs associated with the week-to-week running of the club and teams, including kits, pitch hire, equipment, referees, coach safeguarding and courses, and trophies.

Payment Information
All subscription payments are managed through Spond and processed securely by Stripe. Payments will be collected automatically each month from September to May using the payment method linked to your Spond account.
Fines
Player or parent conduct resulting in the club receiving a fine (e.g., a booking) must be paid within 2 weeks of the fine notice being received by the club.
- Amount: Set by the League/FA
Additional Information
- New Members: Players joining partway through the season must pay the registration fee and relevant monthly subscription starting from their first full month at the club.
- Leaving Members: Players leaving partway through the season must pay the monthly subscription for the full month in which they leave. Players who have paid in advance for the full season will be reimbursed for any unused months.
Non-Payment Policy
Players may be suspended if fees are more than one month overdue until outstanding fees are paid. The club treasurer will attempt to contact the parent using the email provided at registration. If there is no response within 2 weeks, the issue will be escalated to the team coach. The treasurer can be contacted at [email protected].
If no payment is made within the next month, the player may be de-registered from the club. Note that the club will block transfers to another club if a player leaves with outstanding fees.
